McCloy Construction Company is the oldest licensed, bonded and nationally certified contractor in the State of West Virginia.  Our West Virginia Contractors License number is 68.  As of 2000, we have been involved in over 27 million dollars of work in the state.  In 1991, we were the first contractor in the state to be certified in foundation repairs.
