Case study picture     Limited access was a major concern to install a tie back wall to hold future stadium seating.  The design called for a 40 kip anchor.  Using a back hoe equipped with a gauge, the 40 kip capacity was known prior to testing any anchors.  Thirty three anchors were installed to a depth of over 40 feet in less than 1 week, with no disruption to any of the surrounding ground.
